💸 Do you offer refunds or returns?
Yes! We stand by our products. While we don’t accept physical returns, we do offer refunds or replacements in certain cases. See below:
🛠️ My item arrived damaged — what now?
We’ve got your back. If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo or video showing the issue. We'll send a replacement or refund—no return needed.
📦 I received the wrong item, or something’s missing!
So sorry about that! Send us a message with a photo of what you received, and we’ll fix it with a full refund or replacement. Easy.
📬 Tracking says 'delivered' but I didn’t get my order.
First, double-check with neighbors or your local post office. If it’s still missing, we may ask for a non-delivery certificate from your postal service to process a replacement or refund.
⏳ It’s been a while. Where’s my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 45 days (U.S. orders), or 60–110 days (international orders), we’ll issue a full refund or resend it at no charge.
🚫 Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before it ships. Once it’s been processed, it’s already on the way and can’t be canceled. Custom or made-to-order items (like print-on-demand) are also non-cancellable once paid.
🙈 I changed my mind. Can I return it?
We don’t offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or accidental orders. Please double-check your items before checkout.
